My name is Darshika, and I work as an Azure Data Engineer at Koppert. I’m originally from India, where I spent several years working in data engineering before joining Koppert.
Bringing data to life
At Koppert, I focus on designing and maintaining scalable data solutions that support business decisions. I work with data from various systems and departments to build robust pipelines, automate data flows, transform data, and create a central data warehouse.
I collaborate closely with the BI team to ensure the right data is available in the right format at the right time, so teams across Koppert can use it for reporting, analysis, and innovation. This enables smarter, data-driven decisions across the company.
A dynamic and collaborative IT environment
Our IT Department includes several specialized teams such as the service desk, networking, operations, applications, BI, and project management. It’s a collaborative environment where each team brings its own expertise, and we all work together to keep Koppert running efficiently. No two days are the same, which keeps the work exciting and always evolving.
Global reach, personal growth
What I appreciate most about Koppert is its open, supportive culture and the opportunity to work on impactful international projects. I also really enjoy all the activities the company organizes, whether it’s the Experience Tour, Onboarding lunch, or Vitality Month events. These create a strong sense of community and make work more enjoyable.
