Grow with Koppert!
At Koppert, we believe that people make the difference. That’s why we view Learning & Development (L&D) as a strategic partner within our organization. Our vision is to help our employees thrive in a work environment where innovation, joy, and collective growth are at the core—fully aligned with our values: Partners with Nature, We Keep Innovating, We Work for Growers, and We Are Family.

Your development, our mission
We encourage our employees to discover and develop their talents.
Whether you're just starting your career or already a seasoned professional, at Koppert you’ll find opportunities to keep learning and growing. We support both individuals and teams in unlocking their full potential and contributing to a more sustainable future.

Together, we are building a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. In our dynamic, globally operating company, there is plenty of room to take initiative, embrace responsibility, and make a real impact.

Sharing Knowledge

We love sharing our knowledge with as many people as possible.

Experience Centre
At our headquarters in Berkel en Rodenrijs, we have our very own Experience Centre. This space allows us to welcome schools, growers, and groups of interested visitors from all over the world into our world. Even our King visited the Experience Centre during our 50th anniversary celebration! One of our experienced colleagues shares insights into the origins of Koppert, our R&D and production processes, the invaluable microscopic organisms we work with, and so much more.

Outdoor Experience Centre
In 2023, we opened our Outdoor Experience Centre in Dronten. This large-scale demonstration site showcases the latest biological crop protection solutions for managing pests and diseases in outdoor cultivation. Examples include sustainable solutions for onions, potatoes, soybeans, and wheat.

Koppert Foundation
The Koppert Foundation contributes to a sustainable food supply for those who need it most.

We do this by offering educational and training programs that enhance knowledge and skills in sustainable and profitable farming methods—especially for farmers who have limited or no access to such resources. For instance, the Foundation supports cocoa farmers in Ecuador by teaching them how to grow their crops more sustainably and process them hygienically into higher-value products. This enables them to achieve better yields and receive a significantly higher price for their end products.

We also love to share our knowledge with children in the Netherlands through our educational program ‘Helpers from Nature’. This program introduces kids to the importance of nature in producing safe and healthy food in a fun and accessible way.
