1. Apply
Great to see you're interested in a career at Koppert! You’ve submitted your application online, and we’ll take the time to carefully review it. Within about a week, you’ll hear from us. You can always check the status of your application and review past communication in our recruitment system.
2. Phone screening
If your profile matches the role, one of our recruiters will give you a call for an initial conversation. This is a chance to get to know each other, ask questions and talk about the terms of employment.
3. First interview
We’ll invite you to our office so you can get a feel for our organization. In this meeting, we’ll dive deeper into your experience and skills, and together we’ll explore whether the position is the right fit for you. Of course, there’s plenty of room for your questions too!
4. Second interview & possible assessment
Is there a match? Then we’ll schedule a second interview. For some roles, we may also ask you to complete an online assessment. We’ll go over the results together and discuss the team, the role, and your expectations in more detail.
5. Offer & welcome to Koppert!
Are you as excited about us as we are about you? Then we’ll make you an offer! Once everything is signed, we’ll officially welcome you to Koppert. During our onboarding session, you’ll get an inspiring introduction to our sustainable mission and the way we work.
