Phone Screen
Do we see a match on paper? Then our recruiter will give you a call for a first introduction. It’s a nice chance to get to know each other and answer your questions.
First interview
We’ll invite you to our headquarters in Berkel en Rodenrijs. Here we’ll dive deeper into your experience and you’ll immediately get a feel for our working atmosphere.
Second interview & possible assessment
Does it feel right on both sides? Then we’ll schedule a second interview. For some roles, this also includes an online assessment. Together we’ll explore the team, the role and your ambitions in more detail.
Welcome aboard!
Excited on both sides? Then we’ll make you an offer. Once you say ‘yes,’ we’ll warmly welcome you and kick off with an inspiring onboarding into our sustainable mission.
